Refund policy
Due to the heat sensitivity and nature of our wellness products, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has shipped. If your items arrive damaged or compromised, please contact our customer service team within three business days of delivery with your order number and photo proof of damage. Upon review, we will issue a replacement for the affected items.
All refund and replacement requests must be sent to stillmanmd@stillmanmd.com and include the following:
• Full name and order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
We cannot replace items damaged due to improper storage after delivery, such as exposure to heat or sunlight.
